Healthy chewy and tasty morsels
Recipe (makes about 10-12)
Ingredients:
1 cup ground cashews
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup oats
1/4 cup sesame seeds
4 tablespoon honey
4 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1) Preheat oven at 180 C
2) melt the coconut oil in a bowl over water in a saucepan
3) mix the dry ingredients together
4) mix in the wet ingredients to form a dough
5) roll into balls and press into cookie shape on oven tray
6) bake in oven for 5 - 7 minutes
